Richard Logue

I started gaming back in 1980 when fellow 6th grader Keith Baker introduced me to Dungeons and Dragons. He was looking through his DM's Guide and rolling dice, creating a random monster (I think that was Appendix C, right?). It looked intriguing and asked about it. He explained role-playing and D&D to me and here I am.

Throughout the past 26 years, I've played and GM'ed - mostly GM'ed - many different gaming systems. Some of my favorites have included AD&D, Twilight: 2000, Traveller, Traveller 2300, Cyberpunk, Chill, Rolemaster, Car Wars, Deadlands, and of course 7th Sea. 7th Sea, in my opinion is a very rich and complete world. That's probably due to it being partly based on the real world but also because there's so much in fiction and Hollywood to support it. In addition to it being a great setting, the rules are very easy to get along with.

Like many GM's, I've always had my own thoughts on game mechanics and such. After playing 7th Sea for several years now, I've been compiling all my house rules and setting changes in anticipation of beginning a new campaign in the next few weeks. I've been wanting to get into web design as a hobby and put up a site dedicated to my version of the game. So I spent a Drama Die and declared my Vow to make it happen. This site is the result.
